Secure ordering
We use GeoTrust to secure all our online ordering. Additionally we offer PayPal
checkout option. Checkout securely as a guest or with your PayPal account.

Our privacy policy

What information do we collect - and why?
We only collect enough information to process your order successfully and efficiently.
When you place your order you will be asked to provide;

Your name and shipping address - for delivery.

Your credit card number and expiry date or PayPal payment - for the product.

Vehicle specific details - to ensure we send the correct product.

Your email address - to notify that your order is received and when shipped.

What happens to your information afterwards?
We do keep a record of your order for some time. This is a legal banking requirement
if the bank needs to confirm your payment at a later date. All customer information
is securely stored. Customer archives are only used by executive management to
confirm order details and sometimes to process future orders at your request.

Do we give away your information?
No! We never have and we never will. Your information will not be distributed
or sold to any party.

Yellow Box warranty

90 Day - Satisfaction Return Policy
After receiving the Yellow Box you have 90 days to inspect it and decide if
it is what you wanted or return for a refund of the purchase price. Products
must be returned unused and undamaged with all original components.
Shipping costs or damaged products will not refunded.

10 Year - New Replacement Warranty
If your Yellow Box fails for any reason within 10 years from the purchase date
we will replace it with a new Yellow Box free of charge. You pay shipping cost
to return the old product and we pay for airmail of a new Yellow Box to you.

 

Your confidence in our product
The Yellow Box Speedo Recalibrator is designed to give reliable performance
year after year. We have such confidence in the performance and longevity
of the Yellow Box that we offer a 10 year new replacement warranty!

We also provide product support via email.



Our environmental policy

The product
Our product's electronic components comply with EU RoHS requirements.
We use 30-80% recycled paper for our paper instructions, as certified by
the International Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).

Disposing of the product
The product itself should be disposed through an authorised electronic
disposals agent as with all modern electrical goods. The paper instructions,
packaging and mailing bags may all be recycled.

 

Our manufacturing facilites
Our manufacturing plant has a very low carbon footprint and we utilise
recycling wherever possible.
